VOLUNTEER USHERING OPPORTUNITIES

We are seeking volunteer ushers for our 2023 season!

Volunteering is a great way to support the Ancram Opera House and become part of a vibrant theatre community!

Our volunteer ushers serve as representatives of the theatre, and help foster the overall experience of our community. Ushers have the opportunity to see every show they volunteer for at no cost!

Usher Responsibilities:

Arrive 1 hour prior to curtain.
Follow the instructions provided by Front of House staff.
Prepare/stuff programs as needed before house opens.
Greet guests upon arrival and provide them with programs.
Direct guests to their seats, bathrooms, and concessions as needed.
Help with clean up after the performance.

Usher Requirements:

Ushers must be 16 years or older.
